We are pleased to announce that Sandy Maxwell-Forbes, the current Centre Director of The Great Tapestry of Scotland, has been appointed as the new Honorary President of the STGA.

Sandy has been serving as the Centre Director at The Great Tapestry of Scotland since 2019 and has received the prestigious Women in Tourism Top 100 Award. Prior to her current role, she has worked at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and the Royal Air Force.

We would also like to acknowledge the valuable contribution of our previous Honorary President, Torquhil Campbell, the 13th Duke of Argyll, who held the position from 2018 to 2023.
