Inland favourites include Crieff, Lanark, Kirriemuir,Glencruitten,Ranfurly Castle and St Fillans whilst links courses like Moray Old, Lundin Links, North Berwick,Prestwick St Nicholas and Machrie on the Isle of Islay offer a real challenge.

Whatever your standard Scotland has a course for you. Just bring your handicap certificate and a small “ carry bag” for your clubs. Many areas have local passes which enable you to play all the local courses whilst the private clubs are usually very happy to have visitors who pre book a tee time. Details of these passes can be found on www.visitscotland.com.
