From 30 June 2020 onwards our office is offering a limited service, and the member of staff you require may not be immediately available.

Both STGA and our self-employed guides are only conducting walking tours at this present time. We are very keen to get back to normal business as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel a tour, please send an email to with the details of the tour including our reference/invoice number (eg N1234).

STGA Cancellation Policy

Please note that all tours booked via our Guide Booking Service are subject to our standard cancellation policy. To make a new booking, discuss your options, or to cancel a booking, please contact our Booking Service on or by phone on +44 1786 451 953. We will respond to all enquiries when our office re-opens on 30 June.

Cancellation of confirmed tour/ guide booked through STGA:
Full Day Tours: Full fee is payable if tour is cancelled less than 14 Days prior to tour date
Half Day Tours: If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, a fee of 50% will be payable; if less than1 business day, full fee will be payable
Extended Tours*: If less than 30 Days notice is given, a fee of 50% will be payable; if less than 14 Days,full fee will be payable.

Booking Fees are non-refundable.

*An extended tour is a tour which lasts for more than one day.
