International Tourist Guides Day 2020

International Tourist Guides Day 2020 (#itgday2020) theme  Sustainable Tourism + Visit Scotand’s Year of Coasts and Waters (#YCW2020) = Beach Clean by our tourist guides across Scotland.

Members of the STGA cleaned up beaches on 21st February 2020 for International Tourist Guides Day. Despite Storm Dennis throwing some challenging weather conditions our guides braved the cold, wind and sometimes rain to do their bit for Scotland’s beaches.

Here are a few pics:

Some members from our Aberdeen branch cleaned Auchmithie Beach, just north of Arbroath in Angus.
