Robert Louis Stevenson was a novellist, poet and travelwriter, most noted for Treasure Island, Kidnapped, Catriona, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. He was born 13 November 1850

To celebrate the 170th anniversary of the birth of the world famous author members of the Edinburgh and South East Scotland Branch of the Scottish Tourist Guides Association have put together this short film, featuring places in Edinburgh with family connections to the young Stevenson.
