BLUE BADGE GUIDES for your tour anywhere in Scotland may be found using the search function below. Search for your guide by language, the region in which they are based and by their name if you know it.
GREEN BADGE GUIDES and accredited YELLOW BADGE GUIDES are listed below the search function.
BLUE BADGE GUIDES are qualified, accredited and insured to guide throughout the whole of Scotland but to ease your search, are listed according to the region in which they are based. Most offer help with itinerary planning and suggestions for places to visit and eat.
You can book a guide using the following methods:
Due to the Competition Act 1998 we cannot publish guiding fees. If you book a guide direct they will tell you their rate. If you book through the STGA Booking Service, we will give you the rates submitted to the office by each guide after we have confirmed their availability. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
STGA BOOKING SERVICE
Contact our Booking Service to find your guide. Let us do the work! This service is available Monday to Friday between 09.00hrs and 17.00hrs. Outwith these hours, leave a message or send a fax and we will get back to you. We also provide an out-of-office-hours number, but we would kindly ask you to restrict calls to this number to emergencies only. Or contact us online.
A booking fee is also payable to the STGA at the time of booking per guide per tour. These are:
- Half Day Tours - £10 +VAT
- Full Day Tours - £15 + VAT
- Extended Tours - £20 +VAT
